Configuring Location Settings

Set up your location's address, hours, fulfillment options, and order preferences.

Each location under your brand has its own settings — address, hours, fulfillment options, and contact info. These are what make each storefront unique, even when they share the same brand and product catalog.

Basic Info

  • Location Name — What customers see (e.g., "North Woods Cannabis - Portland")
  • Phone Number — Displayed on your location page, callable on mobile
  • About/Bio — A description specific to this location

Fulfillment

  • Pickup toggle — Customers can reserve items for in-store pickup
  • Delivery toggle — Customers can request delivery
  • At least one must be enabled
  • Delivery Radius (miles) — Only appears when delivery is enabled

Hours

Set hours for each day in 15-minute increments. Toggle each day open or closed. Use "Copy Monday to all days" for quick setup. Your timezone is derived from your address.

Order Settings

Accept order requests when closed — When enabled, customers can place orders outside your posted hours. When disabled, they see a message with your next opening time.
