If you're coming from another platform, you can import your entire product catalog and menu instead of entering everything by hand.
Supported Formats
The import wizard auto-detects your CSV format:
- Dutchie — Catalog, Inventory, and Menu exports
- Weedmaps — Catalog and Menu exports
- Lightspeed — POS export
- Any other system — Generic CSV with recognizable column headers
Two Types of Import
- Catalog import — Adds products to your brand-wide catalog (brand level). Do this first.
- Menu import — Adds items to a specific location's menu (location level). Do this after.
Key Tips
- Always import catalog first, then menus
- Re-importing is safe — the system detects existing products and marks them as updates
- Save your import profile after the first import for faster future imports
