Step 1: Upload Your File
Drag and drop a CSV file or click to browse. The system reads the file, detects the format, and shows what it found (format name, confidence level, row count).
Step 2: Map and Categorize
Column Mapping — The system auto-matches your CSV columns to FourTwenty fields. Confidence indicators show match quality (green = exact, yellow = fuzzy, gray = no match).
Category Mapping — Map each category from your CSV to an existing FourTwenty category or create new ones.
Step 3: Review and Edit
Every item is listed with its action: Create (new), Update (matches existing), or Skip. You can filter by status, edit individual items, resolve conflicts, and manage items not found in the CSV.
Step 4: Import
The system processes everything with a progress bar. Do not close your browser tab during import. Results show categories created, items created/updated, variants, descriptions generated, items skipped, and any errors.
