Your product catalog is the master list of everything your brand sells. It lives at the brand level and is shared across all your locations. Products you add here become available to add to any location's menu.
Creating a Product
Click "Add Product" and fill in:
- Name (required) — The product name as customers see it
- Category — From your brand categories
- Strain Type — Sativa, Indica, Hybrid (for applicable categories)
- Description — Product description
- Brand Name — If stocking another brand's products
- SKU — Optional internal tracking number
- Stock Type — Standard (unit-based) or Bulk (weight-based)
After Creating
Click the product to open the detail panel where you can add images (multiple, with reordering), variants with pricing, and even AI-generated descriptions.
Why a Catalog?
If you have multiple locations selling the same products, you define the product once in the catalog. Each location's menu links to it. Update the product in the catalog and it flows to every location.
